1. Return Window

You may return any item within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Return Shipping Fee

A flat ₹100.00 return shipping fee will be applied to each return. This helps us keep our pricing fair for all customers while still offering an easy return process.

3. No Restocking Fee

We don’t believe in hidden charges. That’s why we charge no restocking fee—ever.

4. No “Final Sale” Items

Every product you purchase from Juice Up is eligible for return within the 7-day window, except final sale items.

5. Refunds

Once we receive the item will be inspected to ensure that it is received in the same condition as it was sent. Once the inspection is clear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
